Construction Manager as Agent - Lincoln Construction's staff operates as the third party manager of the construction process under the standard "construction management as agent" delivery method.  This method offers complete transparency to our clients, and ensures that they have all the information they need to make timely decisions that will affect cost or design elements of the project.

- Beyond the advantages of the Construction Manager as Agent delivery method, Lincoln Construction offers the option of a guaranteed price and/or delivery schedule for the project.  As we hold the contracts directly, we can seek fees commensurate with risks and services.

Owner's Representative - Functioning as the owner's representative, Lincoln Construction provides the client with the information they need to make the best decisions during the pre and construction phases of the projects.  Our clients have access to our experts' knowledge of site selection and acquisition, as well as our experience in design, construction, and project management.

Sustainability - Lincoln Construction's engineering staff can advise and assist you throughout the design and construction process on green building techniques, systems, products, resulting in energy savings to you now, while conserving the environment for future generations.  We're experts in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) requirements and can help you achieve the level of sustainability that offers yo the best value, now and in the long term operation of your facility.

Insurance - Drawing on our experience with similar projects, and operating as the Owner's Agent, we're able to procure, administer and manager a Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) rather than depending on each independent contractor to provide their own policies, which results in uneven and sometimes inadequate coverage.  We can also help you create your own Controlled Insurance Program (CIP) if you wish to manage it yourself.
