Lin founded Lincoln in December 1994 after serving as the Vice President of General Construction Corp and prior, as Vice President of Sunrise Atlantic Construction, Inc.  Lin handles all local construction projects.

Rick manages of all aspects of construction and handles close customer relations on all National projects. His responsibilities include (but are never limited to) estimating, purchasing of materials and subcontractor services, coordination and scheduling of trade and contract administration. Managing and coordination of field operations with superintendents and field personnel.

Lenn Jewel

Lenn serves as the Secretary/Treasurer and Financial Manager of Lincoln Construction as well as the Vice President of The Weiser Companies, Inc., a sister development firm based in South Carolina.  Lenn has known Lin Sutphin since before the formation of Lincoln Construction and he is the co-founder of Lincoln, overseeing the finances and administration since inception.
